02 How We Report
Round numbers with no dates are easy to write and hard to check. These rules make ours easy to check.

You see the start date and the end date next to the number. Never "last quarter". Seasonal trades get the same dates a year apart, or the season is named right beside the number.
A lead is a contact in the business's customer contact system (CRM). A booked estimate is an estimate appointment that was not cancelled. A deal at the Estimate Scheduled step in the CRM, or a later step, also counts. A page view alone is not a lead.
Ad spend comes from the ad account. Leads and bookings come from the CRM. Search clicks come from Google Search Console. The dessert shop's local ranks come from a dated 49-point grid scan.
