What We Collect

When you request a free marketing audit, fill out a form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share. That usually means your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, your answers to our Free Marketing Audit quiz, and whatever else you tell us about your business and goals.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. That includes pages visited, the type of device and browser you use, and general location at the city level. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare your audit, and deliver services you hire us for. We use analytics data to improve the site and understand which pages help visitors most.

If you become a client, we use your contact details to run the services in your agreement, such as reporting and scheduled calls.

Who Processes Your Data

Form submissions and client communication run through GoHighLevel, the CRM platform we use to manage leads and client work. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google’s terms.

These providers store data on our behalf. We only work with platforms that meet standard industry security practices.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Our Free Marketing Audit funnel and our advertising campaigns also use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. These tools do not collect sensitive personal information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works fine without them.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it promptly.

If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email or tell us once. We keep our list clean.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data, such as the right to access or delete it. We honor those requests for anyone who asks, regardless of location.

How We Protect Your Data

We use standard industry safeguards to protect the information you share. The entire site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the platforms we use apply their own access controls and security practices, and we limit who can see your data to the people doing your work.

No method of transmission or storage online is ever completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This site and our services are built for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our site and audit may link to third-party websites and tools we do not control, such as Google, Meta, and our scheduling and review platforms. Those services follow their own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the policy of any third-party site you visit.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you give us your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our Free Marketing Audit form, we may text you. We send two kinds of messages. Transactional messages cover your audit delivery, scheduling, and follow-up about your request. Marketing messages, which are optional, share offers and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is collected through an explicit checkbox that is unchecked by default, and it is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up, records, and legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems promptly.
