These are the standard terms for working with A2Z MKTG. We keep them in plain language on purpose. Your signed proposal always has the final, specific terms for your project.
Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
A2Z MKTG is a digital marketing agency based in Homer Glen, Illinois. These terms cover your use of this website and describe, in plain language, how our services work.
When you hire us, the signed proposal or agreement for your project is the controlling document. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Our Services
We provide the services described on this site: website builds, organic growth plans, paid growth plans, and one-time services like Google Business Profile optimization and citation building.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are set in your signed proposal, not on this website. Published prices reflect our standard offers and can change for future engagements.
Payment
Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are set in your signed proposal or invoice. Website builds are billed in stages tied to project milestones. Monthly plans are billed monthly.
Out-of-scope work is quoted and approved before we start it. No surprise invoices.
Growth Plan Terms
Monthly growth plans carry a 3-month minimum commitment. SEO and paid campaigns need that runway to produce reliable results, and we are upfront about it.
After the minimum, plans run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice by email.
Ownership
You own your website, your content, your images, and your accounts. Always.
If we part ways, we transfer everything to you. After offboarding, you take over your own platform costs, such as hosting and software subscriptions.
What We Guarantee (and What We Don’t)
We guarantee our deliverables: the work itself, done as described in your agreement, with clear monthly reporting.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue. Nobody controls Google or ad auction results, and any agency promising a specific ranking is selling something it cannot deliver.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in Illinois courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Signed agreements keep the terms they were signed under.
